The Area Office for the Aging (AOA) is offering Free Legal Advice
and Services through the Center for Elder Law & Justice For Elders 60+ residing on the Allegany & Cattaraugus Territories.

Free legal advice and services are available to you from the Center for Elder Law & Justice Attorney, F. Alexander Fehrman, Esq. He can assist in the following areas: Elder Abuse Prevention, Guardianships, Consumer Issues & Protection, Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, Housing, Income Maintenance, Kinship Care, Health Care Issues (i.e. Medicaid, Medicare, etc), and Social Security/SSI. Please note that advice and services do not extend to disputes within the Peacemakers Court. Special arrangements can be made for homebound appointments.
