Seneca Nation General Election

POLLING LOCATIONS:
Allegany Territory – Seneca Allegany Administration Building
Cattaraugus Territory – William Seneca Administration Building

Eligibility to Vote
Every Enrolled member of the Seneca Nation of Indians that meets the following requirements shall be competent to vote:
-Twenty-One (21) years of age, and
-Not convicted of a felony, as defined under section 1.2 of the SN General Election Law
To ensure a safe and secure election under current conditions, due to Covid-19, there will be necessary changes for this year’s 2020 General Election. Temperature Screening & Masks are required to enter the Polling Area. 6 ft. Social Distancing will be adhered. A separate entrance and exit for voters. You may be required to show photo Identification

Pre-Election challenges, must be submitted in writing in the Clerk’s Office by 12:00 noon on the seventh business day (Tuesday, October 23, 2020) prior to the election on a signed and notarized “challenge Affidavit Form” available in the Clerk’s Office.

Post-Election challenges must be submitted in writing to the Clerk’s Office by 12:00 noon no later than two (2) business days after the election (Thursday, November 5, 2020)
