Do you know a Native elder in a nursing home facility?

SN AOA Advisory Council is requesting families to submit names and address of Native Elders in nursing home facilities for the purpose of sending seasonal cards and messages of hope.

Also, donations for cards and postal stamps will be greatly appreciated.
