The Buffalo Creek Office ran a 6 week summer camp from July 5th to August 12th.
During this time our campers learned words and phrases in Seneca, which they were encouraged to use daily.
They learned to grow their own vegetables, write in cursive, how to social dance, job skill building and how to create a balance within self. They also learned how to bead earrings and enjoyed weekly field trips to various places.
We had a wonderful time with our campers and look forward to next year already! We hope everyone enjoys the remainder of their summer! Nya:wëh!
