Fall is in the air!! We can give thanks for the memories of summer family gatherings and the fresh vegetables and fruits that we enjoyed. Now, harvest season is upon us and we prepare for winter. Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 tells us:

“There is s time for everything
And a season for every activity under heaven:
A time to be born and a time to die,
A time to plant and a time to uproot…”

It seems that the isolation caused by COVID is subsiding and we are once again able to attend gatherings and enjoy community events. One of those events was the Fall Festival when we visited with each other and enjoyed the beauty of our culture. Another event is joining the Seneca Hymn Singers as they have begun their gatherings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. They get together in our Fellowship Hall and sing and share refreshments. Also, Bible study will resume on 9.21, 7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Everyone is invited to join us for these events.

Come and join us at Four Corners for word and song on Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. followed by refreshments in our fellowship hall. You will be provided with word and music to carry you through the week. Continue to pray for our communities – for those who are addicted to drugs or alcohol, for those who are battling illness, for those who are grieving and for those who are recovering from trauma. Thessalonians 5:11 tells us: “Therefore encourage on another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” We look forward to seeing you on Sunday. Peace be with you.
