Disability Services reminder to all program participants

Please remember to do your “IN PERSON” yearly registration to be in compliance with the clerk’s office in order to continue receiving your payments.

If you cannot get to the office please call us and we can do a pick up and nota rize the paperwork needed for the Clerk’s Office.Call us at 716-532-4900 Ext 5152 to set up a date and time.

Please remember that the policy Clearly States you will receive your payment ON OR ABOUT the 15th of each month. A/P will not issue new checks until 14 days after delivery date, due to Late Mail we are not responsible, they are mailed out in a timely matter Every Month and we cannot control what the postal services does with them after we hand deliver them to the post office. Understand that Allegany is always 2 days behind which is why the checks are mailed early enough for everyone to get them ON time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We try our very best to ensure payments are received on time.

Snow plow waivers for either territory are due ASAP! Please call us if you need one to arrange a pick up.
