On Saturday, March 21, WGWE held their final community event with a drive thru Easter Egg goodie bag giveaway and Easter basket raffle. The lucky winners will be announced on air this week. Special appreciation to the Seneca Nation Marshals and Salamanca PD for traffic control.
Extra special nya:wëh to the staff of WGWE, who have done a great job keeping the community informed and spirits lifted during the past year of the pandemic. Unfortunately, the station will be going off the air at the end of the month after 11 years in operation.
