From Deuteronomy 4:9 “…watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them slip from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them.” In May we celebrate two holidays filled with memories – Mother’s Day and Memorial Day. On Memorial Day we honor the many men and women from our territories that have served – and are currently serving – in the U.S. military. We must not forget our honored ancestors and we must tell our families about them and the importance that they have in our lives. Many of our veterans are dealing with long lasting effects of being in combat and so we need to pray for them and their families.

Continue to pray for our communities as we recover from the COVID pandemic. Many of us have never experienced such a traumatic event and it will take time for us to return to our “normal” life. Even though we can begin to enjoy each other’s company we are grieving for those who are no longer on earth. There are others who are suffering the long term effects of having survived COVID. Faith will see us through these times.

Our Bible study group continues to study Exodus and the story of Moses. We meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm in the Four Corners Fellowship Hall. Everyone is invited to join us so come enjoy the fellowship (and snacks)!

You and your family are invited to join us for word and song on Sunday mornings. We have fellowship time at 8:30am and begin our worship service at 9am. You can contact Pastor Holly directly at the phone number or e-mail address listed above if you have questions about the church or need spiritual guidance. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday. Peace be with you.
