She has been selected as the 2021 NYSF Indian Village Princess

The New York State Fair Indian Village Agricultural Society from Cattaraugus, has selected the 2021 NYSF Indian Village Princess, Yanenowi Logan.
Yanenowi Logan is a member of the Deer clan from the Seneca Nation. She is currently in her sophomore year at Cornell University where she is majoring in Environment and Sustainability, and a minor in Fashion design.
Yanenowi is very interested in serving as the NYSF Princess because it is a great platform that promotes tradition, honor, and simply – women’s voices in the Haudenosaunee community. She looks forward to serving as an upstanding role model for young Ongwehonwe women and putting forth her greatest efforts in advocating for minority issues and sustainability in our communities.
