The Seneca Nation has received notice that the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) has completed and will close its investigation into the revenue sharing with the state of New York under the gaming compact renewal period.
No payment has yet been remitted as a result of the NIGC’s notice. Council and the President are determined to move toward a fair compact that will benefit the Seneca people.
