Last week the Salamanca City Central School District educators, former students and members of the community gathered at Prospect Elementary School to celebrate the dedication of the newly renovated library in honor of the late Cindy Mohr, Seneca, Heron.
A 35 year veteran educator, Cindy was a beloved member of the greater Salamanca community and touched the lives of nearly every child who came through her door.
