30-Day Public Comment – Regarding Proposed Revisions to the Probate Code
The 30-day comment period on the proposed revisions to the Probate Code began August 5, 2022. Enrolled Seneca members can submit their written comments to the Clerk’s Office or via email to: ProbateCode@sni.org. The comment period will close on Monday, September 5, 2022 at 5pm. Information on the proposed revisions can be picked up at the Clerk’s Office or by emailing ProbateCode@sni.org and requesting the proposed revisions.
