Seneca Nation Fish & Wildlife Department Annual 3D Archery Shoot

The Seneca Nation Fish & Wildlife Department held its annual archery shoot, with shooters attending from all over the area, the course did not disappoint.

The weather was perfect and no targets were destroyed by bears. The shoot was the largest it has ever been with 25 targets and a great turn out from the help of local community members and area businesses.

We would like to thank those who made the shoot a success, Cattaraugus Wildlife Officer Sam Agnew, Volunteer Carl Kettle, and Allegany Wildlife Officer Will Miller, along with target sponsors, Jayk Clark, M&M West End, Seneca Manufacturing, Allegany Clark, CB’s, Hanft’s European Mounts, Billy Canella, Auge’s Archery, Arlene Bova, and Marten’s Outdoors. Thank you for your continued support.

This year’s top shooter was Jason Ostune, followed by Matt Hanft, Jayk Clark in 3rd, and Louie Cooper ending in 4th. In the Traditional category Nate Kloc came in with the best score, followed by Matt Kolb, Colin Kloc in 3rd, and Chris Kloc finishing in the top 4. Sammy Bock taking the top shooter for the youth followed by Sawyer Miller. Closest to the pin winner was Steven Jacobson.

Congratulations to all the participants!
