We are excited to announce that the circus is coming to the Allegany Community Center (ACC) on Saturday, October 29th and the Cattaraugus Community Center (CCC) on October 30th. The Cole All-Star Circus was founded in 1938 by James M. Cole of Penn Yan, NY. The indoor circus was designed as a fund-raising event for school groups and organizations across New York State. Upon Mr. Cole’s retirement in 1987, the circus has been under the direction of Billy Martin, of Olean, NY. This year marks the show’s 75th year in continuous operation.
