Wehonna R. Toth, from the Allegany Territory has graduated from La Roche University, Pittsburgh, PA.
Earning a Master’s of Science in Nursing degree on August 19, 2022. She passed the National Board exam to become a licensed Registered Nurse in September. Wehonna accepted a position as a Cardiac-Thoracic Registered Nurse at the University of Colorado Memorial Hospital’s Cardiovascular Thoracic Progressive Care Unit, Colorado Springs, CO.
Wehonna will be in a residency program which specializes in the intermediate care of the adult cardiac/vascular & thoracic patient population. The progressive nurse will learn to care for arterial lines, titrating drips and manage the most unstable patient. Wehonna is the daughter of Jay and Nancy Toth and granddaughter of Randy and Carolyn Brant, all residing in Jimersontown, Allegany Territory.
