Silver Creek Indigenous Honor Society

Silver Creek’s Indigenous Honor Society had its first Induction Ceremony on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at Chef’s Restaurant in Buffalo, N.Y. The Indigenous Honor Society was created to find a cohort of Indigenous students that have compassion for others and the academic discipline to succeed. It is hoped this cohort of students will continue to support one another and find ways to support those around them while being active in their communities.

Congratulations to our inductees: Tory Cook, Kayla Johns, Maya Monroy, Jackson and Timothy Williams. Your hard work and kindness have not gone unnoticed! Welding student, Jackson Williams is among the newest inductee into the LoGuidice Educational Center Chapter of the National Technical Honor Society via Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES. Williams, a Silver Creek High scholar, was recently recognized for his Career & Technical Education accomplishments (Wednesday, November 17, 2022) in Fredonia. credit: #SilverCreekCentralSchool
