Roadway Project Public and Agency Comment Period

Issue

The public and agency comment period is open regarding a roadways project. This comment period is regarding clean water protections issued by the state and the Nation, and how this project will affect waterways relative to the project.

Agency representatives and members of the public are encouraged to submit written comments to EPD, by 4:30pm on April 25, 2023, as follows:

  • by email at epd@sni.org or
  • by USPS mail to the Seneca Nation Environmental Protection Department
