On May 6th at 1 pm – 2pm, children’s author, Fred Popeski will be here to read his book, Oscar and Sarah copies will be available for purchase. Please bring your kiddos to the library to hear this beautiful true story about a girl and her dog. We have copies of his book for you to read, stop in and check one out.
May 10th at 5pm its Mother’s Day Bingo! Moms only, sorry no kiddos. We are playing two card bingo with awesome prizes from Tim Horton’s, Sanders Parkview, Jody Clark, Sierra Parker, Myers Steakhouse, HairMaxx, Indigenous Attractions, Clifford Redeye, Sam Jacobs, Darlene Bova, Highbanks Campground, and a Paraffin Hot Wax Machine for hands. Food will be provided by Harvest Moon Café.
Coffee hour is every Thursday from 10 am – 11 am. TERC will be here on May 4th please stop in to find out what they offer.
Our Garden Class is this month, strawbale planting and herbs. We are still accepting seeds for the new seed bank we are starting. More to come.

A reminder of our new hours, we are open Tuesday and Wednesday 8am – 7pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm. On the remaining days, Monday, Thursday, & Friday, we are open 8am – 5pm.

Come in to renew your library card or apply for one. Find that novel you’ve wanted to read, or the latest DVD on your list. You can also come in to read the paper with a cup of coffee.
