Seneca Nation Housing Department HOMEOWNER ASSISTANCE FUND (HAF)
This program is created to provide HAF funds to be used to prevent mortgage delinquencies and defaults, foreclosure, loss of utilities or home energy services, and displacement of homeowners experiencing financial hardship after January 21, 2020 to eligible families. Funds from HAF may be used for assistance with MORTGAGE, HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE, UTILITY PAYMENTS AND OTHER SPECIFIED PURPOSES. The SNHD will implement the HAF Program in a manner consistent with overall mission of the SNHD and the AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT to provide relief to our most vulnerable homeowners.

- GREATER OF 150% AREAN MEDIAN INCOME (AMI) OR 100% OF U.S. MEDIAN INCOME
