Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) Coupons are available NOW AVAILABLE. The last day coupons may be issued is 9/30/23 and may be used until 11/30/2023.
Highlights of the program:
- Each SFMNP coupon booklet is worth $25.00 and contains five (5) coupons.
- The coupon color for this program year is dark green.
- Eligibility is determined by two factors, age and income.
- Each older adult in a household is eligible to receive a booklet if they meet the age and income requirements.
Elders who would like their Farmers Market Coupons mailed to them should complete the online request. Coupons will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
