SALAMANCA – Hailey Marie Maybee, 17, of 423 East State Street, Salamanca, passed away Sunday (July 23, 2023) on Old 17 in the Town of Salamanca, (Jimersontown) as the result of an automobile accident.
She was born October 7, 2005 in Dunkirk, the daughter of the late Curtis Alan Maybee and Joni Marie Parker (Harley) Jimerson of Salamanca. She was a 2023 graduate of Salamanca High School and had worked for the Salamanca Tim Horton’s location.
She was an enrolled member of the Seneca Nation of Indians Wolf Clan. Hailey loved cooking, Being a super mom to Miika, listening to her style of music, and making Tik-Toks.
She is survived by her daughter, Miika Renae Maybee, mother; Joni Marie Jimerson and husband Harley of Salamanca, maternal grandparents; Sharon Nephew of Irving and Robert Warrior Sr.of Lawton, NY, Paternal grand-mother, Barbara Williams of the Cattaraugus Territory, 8 siblings, R.J. Tallchief, Ariana Maybee, Macy Tallchief, Skye Parker, Serenity Tallchief, Rosalie Jimerson, Romeo Jimerson and Vanessa Jimerson, all of Salamanca.
She was preceded in death by her father Curtis in 2005 and paternal grand- father, Alan Maybee.
