Fall is here and so are the new hours. We are open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8am-7pm; Thursday and Friday from 8am-5pm; Saturday from 9am-1pm.
We had a great time celebrating Halloween with the community. Nya:wëh for coming to meet the Addams family this year. We also had Mason Winfield on Wednesday, the 25th. He has authored many books on the paranormal and told scary stories from Baby Bobby which is a compilation of his scariest accounts.
November is Native American Heritage Month, and we have a couple of events scheduled. Coffee hour with our Native Vets every Thursday from 10am-11am. On November 8th, we will have cake and coffee from 9am-4pm for all our Native Veterans. We have challenge coins as a gift of appreciation.
On November 15th, Justin Schapp, L.L.M. is our featured speaker for this month. He is a Professor of Indigenous Studies at St. Bonaventure University. The title of his talk “My Friends, the Pretendians” beginning at 5:30pm.
The Book Club meets the fourth Wednesday of each month. Please follow us on Facebook for book selections.
