On Monday, October 23, Seneca Gaming Corporation held an incredible Leadership Retreat at Giancarlo’s Sicilian Steakhouse in Williamsville, NY.
The theme of the day was TRUST, with specific emphasis on how trusting our Team Members allows everyone to grow and succeed.
We were inspired by words of wisdom from our special guests including Josh Byrne, Brad McCulley, and Tehoka Nanticoke of the 2023 National Lacrosse League (NLL) Champion Buffalo Bandits, and the legendary Buffalo Sabres Alum Rob Ray. Andre Reed, a Buffalo Bills legend and member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, was the guest speaker and shared his story of how trust in teammates, coaches, and leadership drove his success!
Our take-away message to lead us forward: While we may be good as individuals, together we are GREAT! A perfect way to spend TheBest8Hours.
