The first few snowflakes have fallen and now we are getting ready for our winter season. At Four Corners we are getting ready for Advent and Christmas. On December 2 at 10am we are going to be painting Christmas ornaments with the help of artist Jody Shaw. Secondly, this year we will be having our Christmas celebration on Sunday, December 17 at 9am, followed by brunch in our fellowship hall. Everyone is invited and we hope that you can join us.
Don’t forget to join the Seneca Hymn Singers on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 7pm, in our fellowship hall. Singing, visiting with friends and enjoying refreshments makes the evening one to remember. On November 18 the Singers are going to be part of the Wright Memorial’s 200th anniversary.
Continue to pray for healing for our communities. Pray for those battling addictions. Pray for those who are mourning. Pray for those who are struggling with illness. But also, give thanks for all the blessings that we have in our lives.
If you don’t have a church home, feel free to stop in and visit us at Four Corners. Every Sunday we have coffee and refreshments at 8:30am (and after the service as well) and at 9am we begin our worship service. We are blessed with lay leaders who provide us with words of wisdom to carry us through the week. Peace.
