Holiday Shopping was in full swing at the Winter Art Emporium! On Friday, December 1st, the Allegany Clerk’s office hosted the Winter Art Emporium at the Seneca Allegany Administration Building (SAAB). There was a multitude of beautiful artwork, homemade crafts and delicious food available! Nya:wëh for shopping local and helping to support our community’s many talented artists and vendors! To help you get your holiday shopping done, they provided an amazing, unique array of gifts, baked goods and food to satisfy everyone on your list! The Allegany Clerk’s Office would like to wish you and your loved ones a safe and happy holiday season!
Merry Grinchmas Elders Holiday Party 2023
On Monday, December 11th, enrolled Seneca Elders along with their guest of choice, came out for the annual holiday party held at the Seneca Allegany Casino Event Center. Attendees enjoyed live entertainment by NY Rockin Revue band and music provided by DJ JD Gardner, dinner, door prizes, plinko, and a Grinch & Whoville character look-a-like contest.
Nya:wëh to the President’s Office, Executive and Council Offices, AOA and Clerk’s staff, and everyone else who made this year’s Grinchmas Bash a great success for our Elders! Have a happy holiday!

Kids Christmas Party Hosted by Seneca Nation Library – Cattaraugus Branch
On Tuesday, December 12th, the Cattaraugus Library hosted a kids Christmas party for ages 6-10. Attendees enjoyed dinner, cookie decorating, photo booth, games, and received a special visit from Santa himself. Children also had the opportunity to write letters to Santa asking him for that special Christmas present in hopes of having their holiday wishes granted! To wrap up the evening, all kids received a gift and were sent home with goodie bags. The Catt. Library staff said “Nya:wëh for coming and Merry Christmas!”

H.E.R.O Annual Christmas Party
On Wednesday, December 15th, the H.E.R.O Committee and ACC hosted their annual Holiday party at the Allegany Community Center. Guests enjoyed dinner, fun holiday activities, Santa and stockings & gits for the kiddos!
Seneca Resorts & Casinos Kicks-off Holiday Season w/ Tree Lightings
The holiday season officially arrived at Seneca Resorts & Casinos as they lit the holiday trees at Seneca Allegany on Wednesday, November 29 and at Seneca Niagara on Thursday, November 30.
Crooner, and Frankie Scinta helped everyone in attendance get into the spirit for both events with classic holiday favorites. At Seneca Niagara, Buffalo Bills Hall of Famer Jim Kelly was on hand to light the tree and sign autographs for guests. Santa and Mrs. Claus felt right at home in custom-made chairs and a new sign courtesy of the Seneca Gaming Facilities team. And of course, there were cookies and cocoa for everyone to enjoy!
