On Saturday, December 9, 2023, Jillian Rea (Seneca, Allegany Territory) was recognized during the December Regular Session of Council by President Armstrong for her contribution as a team member on the winning of the Women’s Small College Rugby National Championship with w/St. Bonaventure University Bonnies! President Armstrong highlighted her accomplishments, presented her with a Certificate of Achievement and monetary gift. Jillian was accompanied by her family to accept this award.
