We’re excited to share the latest updates and what to expect on behalf of the Seneca Nation Health System as construction continues at the new Health System Cattaraugus building in Irving, N.Y. Construction began in the summer of 23′ with a topping off celebration in September, the site continues to evolve daily.
Some important steps wrapped up last week including: boarding, taping, and sanding walls throughout the building, framing walls and soffits in the main lobby, the installation of lead-lined drywall in x-ray rooms, concrete equipment pads and curbs have been poured for the mechanical room, electrical rooms, and mechanical penthouse. Glazing for exterior windows has been delivered on site and window installation is set to begin 1/29/24 pending flashing fabrication.
