“As a kid growing up on the Rez, I was surrounded by traditional storytelling. I felt, and still feel, the power of storytelling as my elders and community preserve, pass down and instill cultural values, customs, traditions, history, lessons learned, from one generation to another. Stories help us to make connection, to maintain a sense of identity and continuity within a community. Storytelling creates legacy. It is also the most effective way that I know to share information about what I do, which is to teach people how to prepare for, prevent, detect, and recover from a cybersecurity incident. Join me and my esteemed colleagues at the World Game Protection Conference (WGPC) 2024 as we share our stories and bring a message of hope and actionable insight surrounding the cybersecurity concerns that are top of mind for everyone.” ~Renita DiStefano
