The drawing for six permits for the 2024 Indigenous Artisan Market at Niagara Falls State Park will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the DeVeaux Woods State Park Castellani Building, 3160 DeVeaux Woods Dr E, Niagara Falls, NY 14305.
Applications for the permit lottery are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at DeVeaux Woods State Park or online at https://parks.ny.gov/parks/46/ and are due back by Friday, March 22, 2024.
Applications may be dropped off or mailed to DeVeaux Woods State Park or emailed back to niagarafallssp@parks.ny.gov. To have an permit application mailed to you, please call 716-278-1770.
Six permits will be awarded, and applicants are welcome to attend but not required to be present. This is a change from previous years.
To be eligible for a permit, applicants must be eighteen years of age or older and have Indigenous tribal membership or provide verifiable proof of Indigenous heritage.
