Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be an enrolled member of a federally recognized Nation
• Reside on or within a 25 mile radius of the five territories
• Must have a documented disability that interferes with obtaining or maintaining a job

• Transition services for students with disabilities
• Transportation assistance
