On Saturday March 9, 2024, the Allegany Community Center collaborated with S&C Power Plant to host the Meet which consisted of Bench Press and Deadlift.
This event saw 92 registered lifters with 23 lifters making up the women’s category. This is a record high for the Beast of the Northeast. The ACC Powerlifting team had a great showing with each member taking home a trophy in their specific age/weight category.
The team consists of…Travis Redeye 400lb bench/600lb deadlift, Jake Helie 325lb bench/430lb deadlift , Jesse Jimerson 275lb bench/350lb deadlift, Derek Brown 310lb bench/555lb deadlift, Tyrone Bowen-Collateta 315lbs bench, and Cole Urbanski 555lbs deadlift.
Overall ACC Powerlifting placed 2nd.
