Dunkirk City School District alum Miguel Virella recently spoke before the Board of Education about his experience going through the E2CCB Adult Education Construction Trades program at its Steamburg location on the Seneca Nation.
Miguel is currently in the Carpenters Local 276 Union apprenticeship program and is working on the foundation for the new Buffalo Bills stadium. “Overall, the journey has been amazing,” Virella said. This program turned my whole life around.”
