On 100 Career Points and Single Season Record for Points and Goals at Russel Sage College!

Russell Sage College sophomore attacker Nate Kettle (Killbuck, N.Y./Salamanca) was chosen the Empire 8 Conference Men’s Lacrosse Player of the Week for the period ending Sunday, April 14. He registered eight points on six goals and two assists to help the Gators defeat Utica for the first time on Saturday afternoon, April 13th.
Kettle, who surpassed 100 career points in the 16-7 home victory, holds program single-season records for points and goals. The now three-time E8 Player of the Week began the week leading the Conference in points (62), goals (39), assists (23), points per-game (5.17) and goals per-game (3.25).
Congratulations to sophomore Nate Kettle on setting Russell Sage College Men’s Lacrosse single-season records for points and goals vs. Utica. Recently Nate has become just the fourth Russell Sage College Men’s Lacrosse player to surpass 100 career points.
The sophomore attacker was also selected for the USILA (United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association) Division III Team of the Week for the period ending Sunday, April 7. Kettle totaled 18 points on nine goals and nine assists to help the Gators go 2-0. Kettle dished out six assists, tied for second-most in a single-game by an RSC player, in Saturday’s Empire 8 Conference victory at Keuka. He was named the E8 Player of the Week for his efforts.
