- Meet the Artist – Bill Crouse, and enjoy a social featuring the Allegany River Seneca Dancers.
Back in 2020, Rick Smith of Ridgidized Metal contacted Bill Crouse to discuss the possibility of erecting a sculpture that would celebrate and commemorate the history of the Seneca people at the site of Silo City. The Seneca village of Buffalo Creek was situated there.
