On behalf of Council, we are proud of our EMS system of talented providers. Seneca EMS is the model others should develop and strive to implement in their communities. Seneca EMS has a mission to change the lives of the people they serve through a reliable, effective and skilled clinical practice that exceeds patients expectations.
