The Seneca Nation’s Annual Memorial Day Commemoration took place on Monday, May 27th at the Seneca Allegany Administration Building.
Post 1587 Commander Ron Cook lead the ceremony through a procession of honoring events, including an Honor Song by Al George, a wreath-laying ceremony, and the tradition of swearing-in of the post officers. An eagle feather plaque was presented to the family members of two Seneca soldiers who fought in World War II, Frank Doxtator and Raymond John.
