Gowanda High School is sharing profiles of its Top 10 graduates of the Class of 2024. Next up is Alhanna Gabel, who is tied for the rank of No. 4.
- Future Plan: Studying adolescent math education at St. Bonaventure University.
- Interests: High school play and musicals, cross country, basketball, softball, modern band project.
- Fond Memory: Spirit Weeks with my Spanish class and Mrs. Dempsey, they’re always so fun and festive and each one of us dresses up.
- Staff Shout-out: Mr. Reeves because he’s pushed us to do better in an understandable way; his teaching was good.
- Advice for future grads: Don’t give up, live without regretting the big things or the little things. There are things you can’t do and that’s OK, if you don’t like that then work hard and make it possible.
- Loved ones: Darla Henhawk & Patrick Halftown, Dad, Mom, and Laray

- Future plan: Jacksonville University majoring in business.
- Interests: Volleyball manager, member of SADD, 3-time lacrosse captain.
- Fond Memory: Visiting the elementary school for public speaking and SADD to read books to them.
- Staff Shout-out: I would like to thank Mrs. Schott for always helping me in and outside of school.
- Advice for future grads: High school is what you make of it! Put yourself out there and try to have as much fun as possible, it goes by so fast.
- Loved ones: My mom Crissy, my dad Caine, my grandma Sally and all of my siblings.
