In collaboration with Seneca Nation Crime Victim Services, the Seneca Nation AOA held its Elder Resource Fair Wednesday, July 10th, at the Cattaraugus Seneca Fire Hall. Elders were welcomed by AOA staff, and the event was MC’d by Darelyn Spruce. There were speakers on the topics of Elder Abuse Awareness and support available.
Elders had the opportunity to talk with the local community resource tables and enjoy social dancing. Elders also enjoyed visiting each other and eating lunch together. The event ended with raffle drawings and prize giveaways. Nya:wëh to all the departments who organized this event for our Elders. #HonorOurElders
