July is coming to an end – already!! Strawberries are gone and corn is ready. Gardens produce vegetables which provide us with fresh food. The Veterans Pow Wow is over which is a time when many people get to visit with friends that they may not have seen for a while. County fairs and various festivals are being held and kids are asking to go on the rides. In August the Erie County Fair will start followed by the State Fair. Time goes by so fast!

On August 4, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. Four Corners UMC, Gowanda UMC and Versailles UMC will hold their annual picnic. The worship service and communion will start at 10:30 followed by a potluck picnic. In the event of rain, the gathering will be held at the Four Corners church. All are invited to join us for this special gathering.

The Seneca Hymn Singers’ rehearsal is on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the church fellowship hall. Everyone who is interested in joining this interdenominational group is invited to join them. Not only will you learn songs in Seneca, but you will enjoy the fellowship that the singers experience. You do not have to be Seneca to become part of the group.

Worship services at Four Corners are held every Sunday at 9 a.m. followed by coffee time in the fellowship hall. You and your family are invited to join us for this time of worship and song. Pray for peace and unity in the world. Peace be with you.
