They Participated in the World Lacrosse Men’s & Women’s Box Championships
History for the Haudenosaunee Women!
The Haudenosaunee Nationals women’s team made their inaugural Women’s World Box Lacrosse Championship one to remember in Utica this year, returning home with bronze medals around their necks. With a 21-4 victory over Australia, the Haudenosaunee Nationals women have claimed their first ever Bronze in Box Lacrosse.
Both our men and women fought hard in back-to-back games at the Adirondack Bank Center at the Utica Memorial Auditorium, as they participated in the World Lacrosse Men’s & Women’s Box Championships last month in Utica, NY!
The Haudenosaunee Men finished their tournament with a 14-5 victory over England, taking home the Bronze Medal as well. Ja:göh!
