Upcoming projects here on the Cattaraugus Territory will include a Water Pumping Station, Waterline System Upgrade, Residential Scattered-Sites, Skatepark as well as Road work / Road Repair.
If you are interested in Union Construction and would like to know more about the building trades or possibly even Union membership; please stop in or make an appointment to speak with our staff to discuss your interest and how we can assist in that for you. Union membership is a great opportunity to craft your skills and learn as an Apprentice while you work towards your Journeyman status.
Union Trades would include; Boilermakers, Bricklayers, Carpenters, Cement Masons, Electricians, Elevator Constructors, Heat & Frost Insulators, Ironworkers, Laborers, Operating Engineers, Painters & Glazers, Plasterers, Plumbers & Steamfitters, Sprinkler Fitters, Roofers, & Sheet Metal Workers.
We currently do not have Seneca members in all these building trades. This would be a great opportunity for our members to get to know about what each trade hall could offer and if they would be the right fit for you.
If you are interested in being placed on a Non-Union project, please stop by the TERO office to drop-off or update your skills bank application paperwork and any credentials you’ve obtained to add to your file. It is very important to set yourself out from the rest with any credentials that would enhance your ability to be selected for job placement.
