At the Seneca Arts and Learning Center, we want to give special recognition to 17 incredible individuals who are not only working full-time caring for and teaching our children, but who are now college graduates, having pursued degrees in early childhood education and related fields.
Balancing college while working full-time in childcare takes strength, sacrifice, and a deep love for this work. But more than anything, it takes heart. These individuals show up every day for our children while also investing in their own future, and in the future of our Nation. The long nights of studying, the weekends filled with assignments, and the constant juggling of responsibilities, this kind of commitment deserves to be seen, acknowledged, and celebrated.
This work isn’t easy. It asks a lot of us. But your passion for early childhood education, your dedication to growth, and your commitment to our community are what set you apart, and what set our program apart.
Your growth lifts all of us. You remind us that we are more than just a childcare center. We are a community built on a culture of teamwork, encouragement, and shared purpose. We push each other to grow because we believe in one another, and we believe in what we do.
