Bradley Gabel was brought before the Seneca Nation Cattaraugus Peacemakers Court on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, to answer for his violation of the Seneca Nation Exclusion Order which explicitly names him as an excluded person from Seneca Nation territories. This represents Mr. Gabel’s sixth offense filed against him by the Cattaraugus Marshal Department, on behalf of the Seneca Nation; tickets included violations of the Drug/Alcohol ordinance, Trespass Ordinance, and the Exclusion Orders. Mr. Gabel was in custody of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department at the time of the scheduled hearing, and the Sheriffs transported Mr. Gabel to the Cattaraugus Peacemakers Court for his hearing.
The Peacemaker Judges affirmed Mr. Gabel’s violation of the Seneca Nation Exclusion Orders and issued a firm judgment against him, adding additional fines and fees to his previous outstanding balance; His total balance is now $11,820.00. The judges further reiterated to Mr. Gabel that he is not welcome on Seneca Nation Territories, adding that his platform of drugs will not be tolerated, and any further violations will be strictly enforced.
The public is advised that Bradley Gabel was officially banished and excluded from Seneca Nation Territories by Court and Executive Order in 2022. Anyone found aiding or abetting this individual – or any other banished person – will be fined in accordance with the Seneca Nation Exclusion Law. This measure reflects the Seneca Nation’s ongoing commitment to protecting the health, safety, and sovereignty of its lands and members.
Mr. Gabel’s attendance was made possible through cooperation with and assistance of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, where he is currently being held on felony drug charges. The Cattaraugus Marshals Department and Peacemaker Judges thank the Cattaraugus County Sheriffs for their efforts in maintaining a collaborative partnership in the ongoing effort to address drug-related activities on Seneca Nation territories.
