Our Leadership Seneca team was honored to welcome over 80 students from the Seneca Nation’s Seneca Leadership and Summer YES Programs to Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino for an inspiring Career Day.
Students from both the Cattaraugus and Allegany Territories explored a wide range of career paths available within our organization. They had the opportunity to hear directly from our leaders about their professional journeys, ask thoughtful questions, and get a behind-the-scenes look at our resort operations — including tours of our Food & Beverage and hospitality areas.
The day was filled with engaging activities, meaningful conversations, and a great lunch — all part of our commitment to supporting the next generation of leaders within our community.
We’re proud to have hosted this program for the eighth consecutive year, and we look forward to continuing to invest in the future of Seneca youth.
