U20 2025 World Games Representing the Seneca Nation
Opening Ceremonies of the World Games held in Jeju , South Korea kicked off last month. Representing the Seneca Nation were Ron John (Coach), Daylin John-Hill, Mason Sanden, Tayoni Galante, Noah Snyder, and Kobe Sanden. We all wished them well as they honor the Creator’s game carrying the honor of your homelands with the Haudenosaunee Nationals.

The Haudenosaunee U20 men’s lacrosse team put forth a strong showing at the 2025 World Lacrosse Men’s U20 Championship in Jeju Island, South Korea, finishing fourth overall.
After advancing to the semifinals, the Haudenosaunee faced a powerful United States squad and fell 19–5. In the bronze medal game, they jumped out to an early 4–1 lead against Australia but couldn’t hold on, eventually falling 13–7. The result marked the end of the team’s streak of three straight bronze medals at the U20 level.
Despite the setback, the Haudenosaunee once again demonstrated their place among the top lacrosse nations in the world, competing with passion and carrying their culture proudly on the international stage. Ja:göh!
