Community Planning & Development Honors Patricia “Miss Pat” Galeza For 13 Years of Service
The Community Planning & Development Department honored Grant Writer Patricia Galeza, fondly known as “Miss Pat,” on Friday, February 6th, recognizing her 13 years of dedicated service to the Seneca Nation.
The Buffalo Creek Office graciously hosted the event, bringing the celebration closer to her. Staff and guests shared heartfelt words, cards, and gifts expressing gratitude for her many contributions.
Before joining the Nation, Patricia served as a special education teacher at Medaille College, authored the book “Sign Stories”, and contributed to the CDC Manual on Traditional Food in Native America in partnership with the former Food is Our Medicine Project.
