Basic Function:
Responsible for the enforcement of laws, codes and ordinances with the boundaries of the Seneca Territories. Will assist in the investigation of criminal and civil offenses and the apprehension of criminals. This is a position of civic responsibility demanding high moral character, sound judgment and self-reliance. Reports to the Chief Marshal on designated territory.
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent. Must have satisfactorily passed basic Police Officer training or be willing to attend class and successfully complete all requirements. Candidate mus be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid NYS driver’s license. Must be in excellent physical condition. Position is subject to pre-employment and random drug screens.
