To My Family, My Community, and the Seneca Nation,

I want to take this time to say thank you to everyone from the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation and the Seneca Nation who has supported me throughout my life and basketball journey.

Growing up on the reservation shaped who I am. From the beginning of my career in AAU basketball to competing at the Division I level, my community and my nation have stood behind me in ways I will never forget. Whether it was donations to help with registration fees, hotel stays, travel, or any other expenses, you helped create opportunities that allowed me to chase a dream that once felt out of reach.

Every time I earned an accolade and saw it recognized in the Nation newsletter, it reminded me that I wasn’t doing this alone. It reminded me that I represent something bigger than myself – my family, my people, and my community.

I want to thank all the coaches, mentors, and community members who took the time to help grow my game and teach me lessons that extended far beyond basketball. To the friends’ and cousins’ parents who drove us to practices and tournaments, thank you for your time, patience, and belief in us. Those moments mattered more than you know.

Thank you as well to the local community businesses that allowed me to work during my breaks from basketball. Those opportunities helped support my journey and taught me the value of hard work, responsibility, and humility.

A very small percentage of kids from reservations get the opportunity to leave and compete at this level—let alone play Division I sports at a power four. Everything I’ve done, I’ve done for my family, my people, my community, and especially for the youth. I want them to see that no matter where you come from, anything is possible with hard work, support, and belief and faith in yourself.

To everyone who played a role in my journey—whether through direct help, guidance, encouragement, or simply being loud in the stands and proud from home—please know that I carry you with me every time I step on the court. Your support has kept me going through every challenge.

I am forever grateful, and I will continue to represent the Cattaraugus community and the Seneca Nation with pride.

With Love, Respect, and Gratitude,
