Fishing License Sales are Suspended as of March 31, 2026

By Executive Order, the Clerk’s Office is suspending the sale of fishing licenses until the proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Conservation Law are enacted. The temporary amendments previously enacted and extended expire April 1, 2026; licenses will be invalid beginning April 2, 2026.

Non-enrolled individuals or those with invalid licenses/expired permits will be issued citations if found to be fishing on Territory, per the Executive Order. Please note that the sale of licenses is temporarily suspended until the amendments are in effect. At that time, reinstatement of sales will be communicated. We appreciate your attention to and understanding of this matter.
