Do you want to speak more Seneca language in your home? This is a great difficulty among all Seneca people due to the effects of forced assimilation through boarding “schools”, however, it IS possible to “make the switch” from English back to Seneca in our homes. It wasn’t that long ago that every Seneca household had Seneca speakers and conversations in it. It is not our fault but it seems it is our responsibility to reclaim it.
